14-Stage Water System Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products, however some of our products require a restocking fee to offset the charges we incur to process the return.  Our 14-Stage Biocompatible Water System has a $195 restocking fee due to the cost of preparing it for sale as a new or refurbished item, (depending on whether it was actually opened and used); additionally the cost to us of charging and crediting orders of this size is substantial - thank you for your understanding.
