Ordering
There are several ways to place your order with Radiant Life.
- You may view and purchase our products online here at radiantlifecatalog.com, either by browsing the site, or...
- if you have your catalog in hand and know which items you want, just click "Quick Order” at the top of this page and follow the easy instructions.
- You can also place your order with our Order department at (888) 593-8333 24 hours a day.
- You may also print out an order form by clicking here and either fax or mail it in.
Problems Ordering:
If you encounter problems ordering online please call our Customer Service department for assistance: (888) 593-9595 Monday - Friday, 9am to 4 pm.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you are mailing your order in, you also have the option to pay by check, money order, or cashiers check.
International Orders:
Due to shipping restrictions requiring customs inspections and duties we are unable to deliver to international addresses. We ship only within the US and to APO addresses and US Territories. Orders shipped to APO addresses and US territories cannot be placed online at this time. Please call Customer Service at (888) 593-9595 Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm PST for assistance.
Shipping and Handling
Standard Orders
We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Please allow 7-10 business days for regular shipping delivery. Some orders may arrive on Saturday if shipped FedEx Ground.
Express and Next Day Delivery
We have done our best to create an express shipping pricing schedule that works for small, light products as well as large, heavy products, but we reserve the right to make changes to express order shipping totals as necessary. We will call you before shipping to ensure that the express shipping total is acceptable and/or to discuss other shipping options and timelines.
Express and Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 10:00am PST by phone or fax for same day shipping. Next Day Delivery will arrive the following business day.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
We calculate shipping based on Express Delivery rates. Please see shipping rates below. Packages arrive within our regular standard delivery time frame.
P.O. Box Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for online orders. Please provide only street addresses for shipping.

Sales Tax
Sales tax (7.75%) applies on sales shipped within California. No tax is charged on food items (coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, arrowroot, and gelatin).
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, please contact Customer Service within 30 days and we’ll be happy to exchange it, replace it, or refund your money. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for some larger items.
