Bouncin' In The House is probably the best all-around workout from Blanche Black if you are new to the Cellerciser. It is designed to progressively lead you into rebounding, adding a few minutes per week for four weeks until before you know it - you are at 20 minutes and really getting in shape!
Includes a 12 minute stretch as well to make muscles more flexible and improve posture.
