This product is the best vitamin B complex I have ever used. I always keep stocked up throughout the year to help with energy and liver support. The price is well worth it.

The liquid is an easy way for us to get our Vitamin B complex in each day. There is no real taste to it and my husband dislikes capsules/pills so this is perfect! I like that it is a "food based" vitamin as well.

Life Changing Supplement
I have struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression particularly after my last two pregnancies. My medication was no longer working and I have been actively seeking ways to help my mental health. I remember that during my pregnancies my B vit. were low. Fatigue and anxiety have plagued me, I took a chance on Max B-ND. It is nothing short of miraculous how much better I feel after 2 weeks. Within minutes of the very first time I took Max B-ND the heavy weight of anxiety in my chest was relieved. The fog of fatigue lifted and I felt alive. I didn't know if it was all in my head or not, but each day that I have taken it the fatigue and anxiety/depression seem to stay away. I have found that taking a full dose in the morning on a empty stomach and another full dose mid-afternoon is the best for me. I'm so grateful that I found this!
