Our Organic Flax Oil contains: 57% polyunsaturated ALA, or Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), 21% monounsaturated Oleic acid (omega-9), 14% polyunsaturated Linoleic acid (omega-6).

This unrefined oil freshly pressed from flax is incredibly rich in both omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. These two EFAs are important for supporting the immune system, good digestion, healthy brain function, soft and smooth skin and good circulation.

Because of this flax oil's superior nutritional make-up, we recommend it always be used unheated and kept refrigerated. The pressing and expiration dates are stamped on each bottle to ensure freshness. The shelf life is six months refrigerated, or one year in the freezer.
