Shipping and Handling

Standard Orders
We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Please allow 7-10 business days for regular shipping delivery. Some orders may arrive on Saturday if shipped FedEx Ground.

Express and Next Day Delivery
We have done our best to create an express shipping pricing schedule that works for small, light products as well as large, heavy products, but we reserve the right to make changes to express order shipping totals as necessary. We will call you before shipping to ensure that the express shipping total is acceptable and/or to discuss other shipping options and timelines.

Non-Standard Shipping Deadlines
Rush orders (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day) of in stock items will ship on same day if received by 1:30pm Pacific Time.
USPS shipments (Express Mail, Priority Mail, International Orders) must be received by 11:30am Pacific Time.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
Packages to these locations will ship via US Postal Service using Priority Mail or Express Mail.

PO Box Addresses
We do ship to PO Boxes. However, for very heavy orders or those orders containing many glass containers, we reserve the right to contact you and to have your order shipped via UPS.

Returned/Refused Packages
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned/refused orders and shipping charges are not refundable.

International Orders: We welcome and accept international orders!
Customers assume responsibility for their countries customs regulations. Shipping charges for packages that are returned to Radiant Life due to import restrictions are not refundable.

Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Brazil
Norway

Orders with Back Ordered Items
Standard Orders (Standard Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail)
Orders will be held and shipped complete if the back ordered item(s) are due back in stock within 3 working days.
Rush Orders (any other shipping method)
We will attempt to contact you to discuss your options. If we cannot contact you by the shipping deadline (1:30pm Pacific), we will delete the back ordered item(s), adjust the shipping charge accordingly, and ship the order.
International Orders
International orders will be held until complete. If there is a delay in the delivery of the back ordered item(s), we will contact you with options.
If you wish to have your order shipped ahead (ship in stock items, ship back ordered item(s) when available), please note this in the comment section of your order. We will add Standard Ground Shipping (or Priority Mail Int'l for outside the US) corresponding to the total of the back ordered item(s), as if it was a separate order.
