I would rate it the highest!!! This fermenting crock is THE BEST ever! I have tried making kraut in jars and have been only successful once! This crock is a safe and easy way for any BODY to enjoy the health benefits of fermenting foods! I am ordering another so I can keep have a variety of fermented foods 'going'!
