The gummy fish are great-tasting and easy to take on your way out the door. Definitely for kids OR adults...my girlfriend and I take them everyday!

I find these gummy fish to be a convenient way to take CLO with me when I travel--i.e. I am not carrying a whole bottle of CLO that I would prefer to keep refrigerated. That being said, these don't quite taste as good as the cinnamon tingle gel CLO-Butter oil mix that I have. These leave a little bit of a fishy aftertaste, which does not happen with the Cinnamon gel.
