The only reason I give four stars is because it does taste bad. However, the bad taste is worth the benefit.

I especially like Melatonin-ND because it is easy to take, works quickly, and lasts longer than other products I have used. It also works well with the other things I do for a better night’s sleep such as cbd oil and essential oils in the diffuser. Have been using this melatonin for years and it works.
