Green Pasture’s Skate Liver Oil is abundant in Vitamin A, D, E, K2, the full range of omega fatty acids, plus chondroitin, squalene, and alkoxglycerols. This Fermented Skate Liver Oil is lower in Vitamin A but higher in Vitamins D and E than cod liver oil. We get our skate livers from fish that have been exclusively wild-caught in the Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands region of Alaska.

Spicy Orange Liquid - Simply fermented skate liver oil flavored with organic orange oil, organic lemon oil and organic clove oil.
Non-Gelatin Capsules - Simply fermented skate liver oil and unbleached beeswax as a thickener. Capsules are made from plant cellulose.

Love it
I have never been a fish person and I have no problems with the taste of this product. In fact I like it. And I never get the fish burps like you do with inferior products. I will continue to buy this (over FCLO).

Another excellent product from Green Pastures. I must disagree with the previous review on the liquid. I find it mild and even pleasant (and I've gone through several bottles). Far more pleasant than their (unflavored) Fermented Cod Liver Oil. My 9 month old daughter loves this (and she's happy to take the unflavored FCLO if I add 10% of this). So, I recommend the liquid Fermented Skate Liver oil unless you have money to throw away (since it is 37% the price of an equivalent dose via capsule). Cheers!
