Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Ultra utilizes premium distilled OptiMSM®, the world's purity standard for MSM.

    Sore Muscle Relief

My core muscle group has been getting a real workout the last 6 months - remodeling a 94 year old home. About 4 weeks ago I pulled a muscle(s) in my stomach and right side, ouch!!! I was able to give it a rest when I traveled south to teach someone how to make Kombucha and bone broth. But this week, I over did it and irritated those recovering muscles. I remembered reading one of Kayla's articles and thought about the Magnesium Oil I had purchased - I wondered how well it would work if I rubbed the oil on my side where I was hurting. Let me tell you worked very well. Yesterday, I was scraping off old paint for 2 hours and last night I was very uncomfortable. I tried the oil again and this morning I felt great. So great, I painted outside for 5 hours. I was sharing my discovery with a friend who laughed at me and said, "well of course because we all have Magnesium Oil in our medicine cabinet". Thanks to Kayla, I do.
