There are several ways to place your order with Radiant Life.

• You may view and purchase our products online here at radiantlifecatalog.com, either by browsing the site, or...
• if you have your catalog in hand and know which items you want, just click "Quick Order” at the top of this page and follow the easy instructions.
• You can also place your order with our Order Department at (888) 593-8333, Extension #4.
• You may also print out an order form by clicking here and either fax or mail it in.

Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you are mailing your order in, you also have the option to pay by check, money order, or cashiers check.

International Orders: We welcome and accept international orders!
Customers assume responsibility for their countries customs regulations. Shipping charges for packages that are returned to Radiant Life due to import restrictions are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders.

Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Brazil
Norway

Shipping and Handling

Standard Orders
We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Please allow 7-10 business days for regular shipping delivery. Some orders may arrive on Saturday if shipped FedEx Ground.

Express and Next Day Delivery
We have done our best to create an express shipping pricing schedule that works for small, light products as well as large, heavy products, but we reserve the right to make changes to express order shipping totals as necessary. We will call you before shipping to ensure that the express shipping total is acceptable and/or to discuss other shipping options and timelines.

Rush orders of in stock items will ship on same day if received by 1pm Pacific Time.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
Packages to these locations will ship via US Postal Service using Priority Mail or Express Mail.

P.O. Box Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes. However, for very heavy orders or those orders containing many glass containers, we reserve the right to contact you and to have your order shipped via UPS.

Sales Tax
Sales tax (8.00%) applies on sales shipped within California. No tax is charged on food items (coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, arrowroot, anchovies, sardines, vinegar, gelatin, etc).

Return Policy - Before processing a return, you must contact Customer Service at 888-593-9595 Extension 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Damaged product If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. You may be asked to hold on to the product/packaging while we file a claim with the shipper. Please contact Customer Service within 30 days. Ordered wrong product We will gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a credit toward future purchases. Shipping costs are not refundable or credited, and a restocking fee will apply. You must call Customer Service prior to returning your item(s) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any package returned without a RMA will be refused. Once a RMA is issued, the return must reach our office within 14 days. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for books, DVDs, CDs, gift certificates and whole house water systems. For these items, all sales are final. Freshness and Quality are Guaranteed We guarantee that all products will be of the highest quality and will never ship after their sell-by date. We do not guarantee product taste. We offer many functional foods that deliver maximum nutrition; some of which do not taste great. And because everyone's taste buds are different, we cannot guarantee that a product's taste will be to your liking. For example, fermented cod liver oil is an artisan product and the taste/smell/consistency may vary from batch to batch. All opened products are not returnable.
