The 115 Year Old Man
In 1979, a British journalist made a great discovery when he was
given the unusual assignment of interviewing one of the oldest
documented living people in the world, Mr. Shigechiyo Izumi.
Mr. Izumi was a sprightly 115 year old man in amazingly good
health who lived on an island off the coast of Japan. He appeared
to be active and alert, as spry as a healthy 70 year old. The
journalist noticed most of the other inhabitants on the island
were also in great health and seldom died before age 95! So

What Was Their Secret of Youth?
Researchers found the water the islanders drank was uniquely
