I have found that I prefer taking the Max B over the Super B Complex pills.

Still seeing
I purchased this product because of the lack of energy. There is also no sunshine for weeks where I live and you can get quite gloomy. I would say that this has helped with being regular every day, something I was not. It has helped me with just overall feelings but I don't get all the other incredible things it supposes to do. I have been putting in my coffee every morning and that might not be a good thing. I will try doing it with some water only and see if I feel any differnt. To be continued.

My favorite B Complex
I just finished the 8 oz. liquid bottle of this, and I'm definitely going to order more. I feel energized and have noticed that my hair and nails are looking much better. (I also started taking Green Pasture Skate Liver Oil along with this.) I simply pour some of this and some of the fish liver oil in a small glass and add a bit of water. It tastes pretty bad, but I can chug it without an issue. I would take the capsules, but I sometimes choke on those. I highly recommend the combo of this B-Complex and the Green Pasture fish liver oil.
