What Sets Radiant Life Coconut Flour Apart?

While many coconut flours are made from harshly toasted coconut meat, Radiant Life Coconut Flour has been carefully handled to preserve the delicate nutrient balance. Our organic coconuts are dried at very low temperatures and then pressed slowly so as not to generate additional heat. You will notice that unlike many other brands, Radiant Life Coconut Flour maintains a true white color while staying free of additives, bleachers or preservatives.

How to Use Coconut Flour in Your Kitchen

The dynamic texture and taste of coconut flour makes it delightful to use in cooking and baking. Coconut flour is free of the indigestible phytic acid found in grain germ, and thus does not require soaking prior to use. Because the flour quickly absorbs liquid, recipes containing coconut flour will require increased liquids and generally use about 6 eggs for every 1/2 to 1 cup of coconut flour for binding purposes. You can directly substitute coconut flour for up to 25% of wheat flour by also adding in an equivalent amount of liquid such as milk or water.
